Dear Bathurstians and Visitors

Well, just a few days left!  Remember this time last year we were experiencing hectic floods and we thought it would never stop raining.  Wow, and how much do we need the rain now?

The land is so dry, and many horse and stock owners are struggling to find sufficient grazing for their animals.  Let's hope the rain comes soon, but preferably not over the week-end of the Bathurst Country Affair!!!!

This year we are proud to announce that we have over 50 exhibitors at The Bathurst Green. These are very upmarket and 'by invitation only' so expect only the best.  We were hoping that local businesses could offer our exhibitors a discount voucher that we could pop into their welcome bag.  If you are keen to assist, please email me a discount voucher that we can then print and include.

If you want to book for the Chef meals or wine tastings, please go onto our website, www.bathurstcountryaffair.co.za asap to avoid disappointment!  Some of the venues are already fully booked.

We also have loads of exciting events all week-end, highlights being the Hooves & Wheels Parade where you can see an array of vintage tractors chugging through the village.  Not to be missed.

There's also the Waiter Race, the Pineapple Throwing Competition, The Soapbox Derby, The Wacky Walk with our very own dog whisperer, a Mountain Bike Challenge and so much more.

Here's the week-end' programme for your easy reference:
